Blackballed?
You ever feel like you were blackballed?
I've applied to 4 or 5 jobs at Wizards of the Coast, all but 1 I was incredibly qualified for (and that 1 I was mostly qualified for).
I've gotten 0 interviews from them.
I really feel like they have a file on me with a 'Do Not Interview - Fanboy' post-it.
It's almost enough to make me give up on trying to work there.

TBF, I've never once received even a phone interview for ANY Microsoft position I've applied for through microsoft.com/careers. I must've sent at least 100 applications in. Maybe they're just kinda lame and you need to get referred or something silly like that.
